The Latest from Lauriston Park

PROJECT MODEL

The village scale model has recently been updated to show proposed future stages of development.

NEW RESIDENTS

There are now 60 occupied villas and we welcome those who have recently moved into our latest Stage 3 homes.  With nearly 100 people living here we are really starting to become a significant community.

RESIDENTS' SHED

A workshop facility is now available for use by residents, in the garage block at the rear of the village centre.  Already this is being put to good use by keen carpentry enthusiasts!  If you are interested, contact Sandra in the Village office.

GOLF PUTTING GREEN

The golf practice green is an all weather surface and residents can have a practice putt whenever they want to improve their game!

SHOW HOME OPEN

We have one three bedroom show home available for viewing on week days between 9 am and 4 pm, or by appointment if these times don't suit you.

ACTIVITIES CALENDAR

An activities calendar for the village will be updated on a monthly basis.  Click here or on the download activties button at the top right hand corner of this page.

MASTER BUILDERS AWARD

The village centre won a GOLD award at the 2010 Waikato Registered Master Builders awards. Built by Livingstone Building Limited, this is a credit to their high standards and the building's leading edge design.

LANDSCAPE AWARD

Lauriston Park, through our talented landscape architect, Lee Brazier (Bespoke Landscape Architects), has recently won a New Zealand Institute of Landscape Architects Bronze Award in the Commercial Catogory. Congratulations to Lee and thanks to Pieter and Jason who present our grounds so beautifully.

VILLAGE CENTRE OFFICIALLY OPENED DECEMBER 4th 2009

We are happy to announce that the village was opened by the Waipa District Mayor Alan Livingston. The event was a great success with about 200 residents, guests, and contractors turning out to celebrate the opening of our brand new Village Centre.

CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS

Construction of Stage Three is moving at a fast pace. Building consents have been issued and the contractors are working fast.  Have a look at our construction gallery to see the creation of Lauriston Park from the ground up.
