The Historic Homestead

This is the site’s original turn of the century Victorian Villa and is to be fully restored by Lauriston Park for the use of its residents. When completed this grand old house will be available for your private functions or just pure enjoyment. In the homestead you will find:

Gardens

The award winning beautifully landscaped gardens are designed to give Lauriston Park a community feel and promote a sense of pride throughout the village. If you are an avid gardener you have the ability to do your own, or simply let Lauriston Park take care of it for you - the choice is yours.

Additional Facilities

Bloke's Shed (Future Stages)

Hiding in the corner of the property where all good sheds are, will be a building designed as a place for carpentry and other shed related activities. To be completed when the village is of sufficient size.

Motor Home Parking

Own a campervan or boat then park it safely in one of our purpose designed parks.  Parking is limited so please check with Management for availability.
